About this position

AGV Group Malta is looking for a Public Relations professional to help shape and share the story of our group. Operating across recruitment, logistics, hospitality, real estate, environmental services, construction, and international sports, we have a great deal to communicate — and we need someone who can do it clearly and consistently.

Job description

You will manage our communications across traditional and digital channels, building relationships with media contacts and supporting the brands within the group. Working closely with management and our marketing partners, you will prepare press materials, coordinate campaigns, and make sure our messaging stays aligned across every sector we operate in.

Role & Responsibilities

The role spans media relations, content creation, and event support. You will be the voice behind our announcements and a key contact for external stakeholders.

• Draft press releases, statements, and corporate communications
• Build and maintain relationships with local media and partners
• Manage social media channels and support digital campaigns
• Coordinate company events, sponsorships, and public activities

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or similar
• Proven experience in a PR, communications, or media role
• Excellent written and spoken English; Maltese is a strong asset
• Confident managing social media and digital content
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities
• Comfortable liaising with journalists and external stakeholders
• An eye for detail and consistent brand messaging
• Creative thinker who can turn operations into good stories
• Experience with design or editing tools is an advantage
• Eligibility to work in Malta
